The bond issuer Premiot Group was sent into insolvency by the court due to unpaid obligations

At the instigation of creditors, the Municipal Court in Prague started insolvency proceedings against the real estate and investment company Premiot Group of businessman Ondrej Spodniak. The Premiot Group covers a number of companies that collectively owe investors at least hundreds of millions of crowns for unpaid bonds. There are over three thousand owners of problem securities, not only from the Czech Republic, but also from Slovakia and Hungary.
